Company background and production abilities Qingdao Hichanse Group, founded in 1995, is a large home appliance manufacturer of indoor and outdoor stoves and middle- to high-grade cooker hoods. Our total factory space covers an area of 70,000 square meters. We currently have 700 employees, including 15 specialized R&D engineers, 40 senior technicians and 57 QC inspectors. Between 2009 and 2010 we successfully increased our annual turnover from $21 million to $25 million.
Specialized equipment
In total, we have 300 sets of processing machinery, including many types such as fiber cutting machines, laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, CNC cutting, punching and bending machines, welding robots and more. We also import high temperature glass from Schott of Germany and high temperature paint from Forest of the US. We have cooperated with many of our raw material suppliers for over five years. Using this advanced equipment and these higher-grade raw materials, we are able to generate a high monthly capacity. Each month we can produce 10,000 cooker hoods, 3,000 fireplace units, 10,000 BBQs and so much more.
R&D is one of our strong points
Our 26 research staff have an average of five years of experience and some have even worked in such famous companies as Haier, Hisense and Aucma. Every month we can create 10 new cooker hood models, six new fireplace models, 10 new BBQ models and more. We can also complete designs to meet your own requirements.
We export our products worldwide
